Hey, I’m Carina 👋…

I’m the voice behind Anglesey Attractions, a mum to two adventure-loving little girls, and a sucker for anything creative, outdoorsy, or a bit windswept.

Anglesey has always had a piece of my heart. As a kid, we spent every school holiday here, running wild, eating too much ice cream, and generally making core memories without realising it.

As an adult, I kept coming back, every chance I got. Eventually, I had one of those “why don’t we just move here?” moments… and for once, it actually happened.

Thankfully, my other half didn’t need much convincing. We packed up the kids (and what felt like 14 tonnes of B&M bits), said goodbye to Salford, and made our way up the M56 in October 2023 to start a new life here on the island. And honestly? We’ve never looked back.

This is where I shout about how brilliant Anglesey is, especially if you’ve got kids, love the coast, or just like a good day out. I wanted to create something useful, fun, and full of real recommendations that make planning your time here easier (and way more exciting).
